Average Apartment Rent in San Jose Turns Negative in August

For the first time this year, average multifamily rents in San Jose, California, moved lower on a month-over-month basis. The average asking rent across the San Jose metropolitan area was $2,942 per month in August, a 0.4% fall from the July average.
