HMRC moves into Croydon offices

The HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) today moved into its 184,000 sq ft Building 1 office at Ruskin Square in Croydon, the first step in creating a network of 13 regional centres.

CoStar News revealed the deal last year, which contains an option for HMRC to take double that again at the site, which is owned by Schroders and Stanhope.
