Early in the fourth quarter of last year, the British Columbia New Democratic Party or NDP, narrowly retained power in the province’s most recent election. Since then, the NDP and the Green Party have hammered out an agreement in which the Green Party Caucus supports the NDP in exchange for advancing several initiatives.
