A joint venture of Stamford, Connecticut-based Post Road Group and Spruce Capital Partners sold the Hawthorne Court apartment complex in Central Islip, New York, to Abacus Capital Group, a full service investment firm headquartered in New York, for $94.25 million, or about $217,000 per unit.
