Utah-based real estate investment firm Dynamic City Capital has acquired The Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton, according to a news release.
According to CoStar, the hotel sold in October for $107 million. The hotel first opened in 2018.
Dynamic City Capital's investment strategy is acquiring and developing premium-branded hotels, the news release states.
The Charter Hotel Seattle is 16 stories with 229 guest rooms and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, as well as a rooftop lounge.
Joel Sybrowsky, Dynamic City Capital's managing partner, said in the news release that The Charter Hotel "is in a highly coveted location ideal for both business and leisure travelers."
"We are excited to expand our presence in the Seattle Bellevue market. The Charter Hotel is a distinct, unique and highly prized premium hotel in a prime market," he added.
In the center of downtown Seattle, the hotel is within walking distance to attractions such as Pike Place Market, the Convention Center, Seattle Aquarium, Pier 66 and Pine Street.
Dynamic City Capital has three decades of experience in hospitality and has placed hundreds of millions of dollars of capital on behalf of its investment partners.
