Local full service investment and management firm Rincon Partners has sold Centerra Apartment Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona, to an entity formed by Ryan and Anthony Francisco with Edgehill Investments and Tanner Bickelhaupt with Tanbic Investments for $36.25 million, or about $179,000 per unit.
