Manchester office developments have boomed in recent years, with an average of more than 700,000 square feet delivered annually over the past five years. A burst of lettings on new office space during the second half of the year has confirmed the appeal of these buildings to corporate occupiers. Channel 4 has set the new prime rent of £45 per square foot at the wholly pre-let No1 St Michaels and with its completion imminent, 2024 should reach a three-year high of 820,000 square feet of deliveries in five buildings:
