HB Reavis has appointed CBRE to sell Worship Square, its 140,000-square-foot office at 65 Clifton Street, at the Shoreditch and City of London intersection, seeking upwards of £200 million.
Bloomberg first reported on the sales process for UK-based foreign exchange group Wise's headquarters.
In December, Central European real estate developer HB Reavis said it had secured a £106 million real estate investment green loan from HSBC UK to refinance its development finance facility for the building.
The net-zero building has secured an EPC A rating, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum. It is also targeting WELL Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5-star rating.
Earlier that month HB Reavis had launched its flexible workspace accommodation at the property, reported here, which spans 20,000 square feet, along with 16,000 square feet of coworking space.
HB Reavis confirmed the signing of Frontier Economics as the building's first tenant last year, with the firm taking 33,000 square feet, first reported in CoStar News.
HB Reavis also signed Wise, the UK-based foreign exchange company formerly known as TransferWise, for 80,000 square feet at the development in March of last year.
HB Reavis, advised by Newmark, is also understood to be talking to potential investors about its giant One Waterloo redevelopment of Elizabeth House on London's Southbank.
CBRE and HB Reavis declined to comment.
