Fisher German has hired experienced industrial and logistics broker Laura Sutton as a partner in its London office, leading its operation across the capital and South East.
Sutton, who joins this month, has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property transactions, consultancy, development, strategic land, professional and agency disciplines, and has previously held senior positions at Savills and JLL.
Fisher German describes her as having "superb knowledge of London’s industrial property market, as well as marketplaces, with a strong industrial presence right across the UK". It added she will also support the company's national growth strategy in the sector.
The newly created team in London will form part of Fisher German’s wider national industrial and logistics transactional business, which provides acquisition, disposal, development and strategic land services. Sutton will lead work with both new and existing clients in London and the South East, and work closely with its regional office network to support with strategic land opportunities and large-scale disposals.
