Diageo seeks partner for former Guinness brewing site in Dublin

Drinks giant Diageo has kicked off a search for a development partner to regenerate 12.6 acres at the historic Guinness brewing site in Dublin to create hundreds of new homes and offices.

Following significant investment since 2011 at St. James’s Gate and advances in technology, Diageo can now brew more beer with less space and is aiming to transform 12.6 acres of its nearly 50 acre site to create a new mixed-use urban quarter called the St. James’s Gate Quarter.
