National bed retailer Dreams has signed a deal to occupy 10,021 sq ft at Liverpool Shopping Park, joining B&Q in the lifestyle part of the scheme. The retail park on Edge Lane is home to a range of occupiers in its first phase, including Smyths, Wilko, Pets at Home, M&S and Boots. The park is owned by The Derwent Group and the first phase was completed in 2017, but if pre-pandemic expansion plans still go ahead, it could lead to the park eventually providing over 700,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
