Newport, California-based Twenty Four Seven Hotels is filling out its Golden State portfolio with the addition of four new hotels, according to a news release.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels' portfolio specializes in premium-branded select-service and lifestyle hotels across the western U.S. It features brands under the flags of Marriott International, Hilton, Hyatt Hotels Corp., IHG Hotels & Resorts and Choice Hotels International.

The newest additions will include the 128-room Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown, the 112-room Hyatt Place Newark/Silicon Valley, the 90-room Hampton Inn & Suites Marina and the 119-room Holiday Inn Express Chino Hills.

The management company is currently providing pre-opening services for the four hotels. Each hotel is expected to be fully operational by December 2022.

"We pride ourselves on having the size to remain well-resourced and effective while staying nimble and responsive to our owners’ needs. Our tailored methods allow for a quicker ramp-up period and greater market share," David Wani, CEO of Twenty Four Seven Hotels, said in the news release.

The company now has 20 hotels in its Golden State portfolio. The overall portfolio consists of 25 hotels, or roughly 3,200 rooms, across four states.

"By focusing exclusively on the West Coast, our area operational expertise is unparalleled. This also allows for the ability to more readily share best practices and enact economies of scale," Wani added.
