LPC Says Ground Work Imminent at Site of New Speculative Trophy Office Tower in City's Urban Core

Construction cranes will once again dot the skyline in downtown Orlando, when the first trophy office tower to break ground here since the end of 2017 gets underway. This will also mark the only development activity in the urban core since Electronic Arts’ 175,000-square-foot headquarters building completed at the end of 2021 in Creative Village.
