Hong Kong's Nan Fung Group/Endurance Land prelets 115,000 sq ft Old Bailey building in London

IPG Mediabrands, which is part of The Interpublic Group of Companies, will lease 93,000 sq ft over Lower Ground and 2nd to 8th floors of the building located at 16 Old Bailey in EC4, whilst Knotel will take the remaining 21,000 sq ft on the ground and first floors.
