An industrial investment firm snagged two nearly vacant warehouses in an area of south Los Angeles that is a hotbed of logistics and transportation activity spurred by its proximity to the Port of Los Angeles and its relative lack of new construction, factors that could fuel leasing in the property even amid the coronavirus pandemic.
