Many hoteliers in Texas looking to reposition their hotels post-pandemic have turned to Hilton's conversion-friendly, "premium economy" brand Spark by Hilton. One of 19 Hilton brands, launched a year ago, Spark has a goal of more than 1,000 hotels in 10 years — and nearly 20% of its conversion pipeline is located in Texas.
