The University of Pennsylvania's Gene Therapy Program is expanding its research operations to MLP Ventures' Discovery Labs in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, part of a former GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceutical facility being repurposed as a major life sciences property in suburban Philadelphia.
