Less Clutter, More Light: Bed Bath & Beyond’s Redesigned New York Flagship Displays Chain’s Future

It hardly looks like the old Bed Bath & Beyond. Gone are the floor-to-ceiling shelves stocked with a clutter of merchandise, replaced by lower and open sight lines. A lot of window cover-ups have been removed to let in natural light. Signs direct customers, and personal care and beauty products aren’t near the entrance. There’s even a cafe in the middle of the store.
