Acquisition Expands Weidner’s Twin Cities Portfolio to More Than 6,000 Units

Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, has acquired 4Marq apartments, a 261-unit, 31-story high-rise in downtown Minneapolis. The property traded for $53 million, or $203,065 per unit,  according to public records, expanding Weidner’s Twin Cities portfolio to more than 6,000 units. The development is across the street from Weidner’s The Nic on 5th apartments.
