Evolis has just published its latest study on the Paris Region office market for the 1st half of 2024, l'Essentiel'Immo Île-de-France - Bureaux (attached). While Île-de-France accounts for around 57% of the total amount invested in France (€987 million), the consultancy stresses that the market "remains extremely polarized, with business districts still in demand on the one hand, and outlying sectors increasingly overlooked by investors on the other. "
