A former industrial site has morphed into a luxury development with apartments in another sign of demand for multifamily in Orange County, California.
Construction wrapped up last year on the roughly 483-unit Broadstone Atlas at 2590 Red Hill Ave. in Santa Ana. The project won a CoStar Impact Award for multifamily development of the year in Orange County after being selected by a panel of local industry professionals.
The project offers studio to three-bedroom apartments with monthly rents ranging from $2,500 to $5,300. Amenities include outdoor spaces, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a pool.
Scottsdale, Arizona-based developer Alliance Residential developed the project, and Orange, California-based architect AO Architects designed the project.
