Fast-casual Asian restaurant chain Pei Wei Asian Diner, which recently relocated its headquarters to the Dallas area, has been sold to a new ownership group that has a history of acquiring and operating fast-casual Asian-style eateries throughout the United States, putting everything from Pei Wei's real estate to its operations on the table.
