More than 65% of Salt Lake City apartments were offering renter concessions in June, a record high. The vacancy rate rose slightly from the previous month and continues to hover near its all-time high of 11%. June also resulted in the 13th consecutive month that more than 30% of apartments offered concessions in the Utah capital.
