Eastern Metal Supply, a distributor and fabricator of aluminum extrusions and sheet products, signed a full-building lease at the Turnpike Logistics Center. The Class A industrial property was built in 2021 and features 56 loading docks, four drive-ins, tilt-wall construction and hurricane impact glass. Turnpike Logistics Center is owned by Dalfen Industrial, a real estate investment manager.
