Huffman & Co., a real estate development and property management firm with offices in Northwest Arkasas and Dallas, sold the 120-unit Edge at Donaghey in Conway, Arkansas, to New York-based private investment firm Sundance Real Estate Advisors for $16.6 million, or approximately $138,333 per unit. Huffman had developed the fully furnished apartments.
