St. Modwen, the logistics and residential developers and manager taken private last year by Blackstone, has appointed James Cooper, at former partner at InfraRed Capital Partners, to head a dedicated team focused on investment.
Cooper’s team will concentrate on buying "high-quality, ready-let urban and big box logistics opportunities where St Modwen can utilise its development expertise to modernise and reposition older buildings and enhance their environmental performance", the company said.
