Orlando leads Florida in hotel room construction but a different region has the highest share of new hotel rooms underway as a percentage of the total number of rooms. Based on the current pipeline, the total number of hotel rooms in Naples is set to increase by 13%, adding approximately 1,000 rooms across four projects, more than triple the share increase of other larger cities in Florida.
