Shakopee, Minnesota's horse racetrack and card casino Canterbury Park, which reported a net loss of $1.2 million over its latest quarter, said it has nailed down real estate deals for almost half of the 140-acre property around the track. But much of the money tied to those transactions has not yet hit the books.
