Roxbury Properties, a California-based investor, sold 33,004 square feet of retail space in the Hacienda Palms shopping center in Desert Hot Springs, California, for $6.1 million, or approximately $184 per square foot, in all cash. All told, the five-building portfolio sale included properties housing a Chase Bank, an auto repair shop, a car wash and a multitenant strip.
