HWBC: Dublin office construction reaches last cycle highs but little evidence of overcapacity

Office construction in Dublin has matched levels of the last ill-fated property boom, but there is still little evidence of overcapacity in the market, according to research by HWBC, the Irish property consultancy firm.

More than 4m sq ft of office space is currently under construction in Dublin, according to HWBC, driven by still-growing demand from two of this cycle’s dominant industries: technology and coworking.
