Dallas hotel development shows no signs of slowing

It's no surprise Dallas is booming in terms of population, corporate relocations and hotel supply growth. After all, among the top 25 markets tracked by CoStar, Dallas ranks second for the most hotel rooms under construction, just below New York and ahead of Orlando. Approximately 4,800 rooms are under construction in Dallas, with 2,600 expected to be complete by the end of this year, leaving about 2,200 to wrap up in 2026 and 2027.
