A six-property office portfolio sold in Huntsville last month for $83 million, according to CoStar data. At just over 1 million square feet, this is one of the largest portfolios to sell in Alabama in over a decade, propelling investment in Huntsville's office market to its second-best quarter in recent history. But future sales activity may likely slow amid the ongoing pandemic.
