Investors are preparing to return to real estate in 2025. Not massively, but after two sluggish years in terms of commitment volumes, next year could "prove to be a year of opportunity", according to the 36th real estate investment barometer produced by MSCI and BPCE Solutions immobilières. "The strong signal of this coming recovery is that 43% of investors are planning to increase their allocation to real estate", says Béatrice de Quinsonas, Research Director at BPCE Solutions Immobilières.
