Damien Hirst splashes out on former Soho police station for £40m arts complex

British artist Damien Hirst has bought a £40m headquarters building on Beak Street in London’s Soho from luxury commercial developers Enstar Capital and LandCap for a flagship studio and art complex.

Developed in joint venture by Enstar Capital and Landcap, the 27,742 sqft building at 40 Beak Street, provides accommodation over basement, ground and five upper floors, and includes a 5,500 sqft restaurant let to Sticks n Sushi.
