Some of the Pacific Northwest's larger metropolitan areas appear to be reentering a growth cycle. Boise, Idaho; Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; Spokane, Washington and the Kennewick-Richland region in Washington, also known as the Tri-Cities metropolitan areas, each saw rents increase quarter-over-quarter as the often vibrant spring and summer leasing season begins.
