Apache Capital sells Brunswick House to Cambridge County Council for £38m

Apache Capital Partners, the London and Bahraini based real estate investment management firm, has sold Cambridge’s Brunswick House student accommodation block to Cambridge County Council for £38m.

The deal for the 251-bed purpose-built student accommodation reflects a 4.76% net initial yield, a record in the UK for a direct-let asset student accommodation outside London and the M25.
