St Modwen Logistics, the Blackstone logistics and residential developer and manager, has signed two tenants for 62,000 square feet of warehousing at St Modwen Park Broomhall in Worcester.
OBEX Protection, which manufactures and distributes protective construction products, has agreed to lease 47,000 square feet. OBEX retains a 27,000-square-foot base at St Modwen’s nearby Nunnery Park scheme.
