East Coast Acquisitions, a full-service real estate investment firm headquartered in Tampa, sold the Osceola Village shopping center at 3020 - 3086 Dyer Blvd. in Kissimmee, Florida, for $36.05 million, or about $297 per square foot, to Publix Super Markets.
