Executives at commercial real estate services provider Cushman & Wakefield expressed cautious optimism that increasing coronavirus vaccination rates will spur companies to begin making long-term real estate decisions again. The measure of confidence comes as the firm reported losses for the final quarter and full year of 2020 after the real estate industry was hammered by the pandemic.
