Avison Young, the global real estate adviser, has announced two senior recruits, with Paul Conlan joining as a director in the healthcare team in Leeds, and Joe Gregory as director in the place team in Manchester.
Conlan previously worked at GP Surveyors for more than 10 years, where he served as operations director from 2015, responsible for running the day-to-day activity and teams.
Frank Convery, healthcare principal at Avison Young UK, said in a statement: "We continue to invest in our people to strengthen our offering to clients and the communities we serve. This appointment builds on our commitment to optimise our solution-based approach to the complex and growing healthcare industry."
Gregory joins the firm from Grant Thornton, where he spent four years in the public sector advisory team. Prior to this, he worked for KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group.
Joe Gregory, director in the Manchester place team, said: "I was attracted to AY’s Place approach and breadth of the team’s expertise. It means I can use my financial and commercial skills alongside colleagues who have deep planning, economics, environmental and social value experience."
