Tampa Sales Volume Rebounds in the Second Quarter of 2024

Strong Performance from Multifamily and Offices Fuels a Doubling in Volume from First Quarter

After three consecutive quarters of declining sales volume, the Tampa market collectively posted $1.5 billion in total sales for all major commercial property types in the second quarter of this year. In comparison, the first quarter of this year was one of the lowest in the past five, with roughly $755 million in total sales volume. Only the second quarter of 2020 was slower, with $440 million.
