Lambert Smith Hampton, Northern Ireland’s "largest commercial real estate agency", has appointed Sean Toner as a director in its property management division, who switches from rivals Savills Ireland.

Joining the 80-strong team in its offices at The Kelvin, LSH said its recruit will be "instrumental in further growing the department", which manages more than 15 million square feet of commercial property across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including 45 shopping centres.

Toner was associate director at Savills Ireland, while he has further experience working with Colliers International in Belfast and JLL in Perth, Australia. He also worked for Real Estate Plus in Perth, where he was a property manager for four years.

Neil McShane, managing director of LSH Northern Ireland, said in a statement: "Sean is well respected in the industry and his experience and knowledge will stand him in good stead with our clients [...] Sean’s appointment further enhances our offering."

LSH's London division added three people to the commercial property management team earlier this month, including Derek Adekola, who joined as associate director and has 16 years' experience. Brandon Foran and Elena Voronova joined as senior surveyor and surveyor respectively.
