RFR Holding, the real estate investor founded in 1991 in New York by German natives Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs, has put forward the highest bid for the Quartier 206 property during an auction in Berlin, said RFR Managing Director Alexander Koblischek in an email to CoStar News and a source who was present at the auction.
