temperature logistics platform in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne. The complex, which represents a
total investment of €26.3m, was acquired by the Brilhac group and will be leased under a 12-year firm lease to
food wholesaler Pro à Pro, which specializes in distribution to the
professional foodservice sector. The site will eventually employ 250 people, including around 100 new jobs. Delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
