The Anchor at Mariners Inn, a 65,500-square-foot mixed-use development in midtown Detroit at 445 Ledyard St., celebrated the opening of the new construction of the $25.95 million project, a collaboration of Mariners Inn and Cinnaire Solutions with help from the city of Detroit, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
