Dallas-based real estate holdings company Tabani Group has sold a retail building occupied by Aldi, a German family-owned discount supermarket chain with more than 10,000 stores in 20 countries, in Clawson, Michigan, to a Midwest-based private investor who was in a 1031 exchange for $4.6 million, or about $248 per square foot.
