This is the case for Sogenial Immobilier, which has announced a total of €135 million in 2024 for its four SCPIs, and even €143 million if GFI Forestier is included. The company's Chairman, Jean-Marie Souclier, was quick to point out that this performance was achieved against a backdrop of falling and redistributed SCPI inflows. In terms of volume, €3.5 billion was raised by SCPIs in 2024 (-38%), with only ten companies raising more than €100 million and 16 more than €50 million. "This is the fruit of our strategy of sector and geographic diversification, and of our DNA of proximity, which enables us to build stable and robust portfolios", he argues.
