The Sacramento-based business Madsen Roofing & Waterproofing has purchased a two-building industrial portfolio in nearby Rancho Cordova, California. The company bought the warehouse properties in an owner-user sale for $6.41 million — or about $167 per square foot — from Russell Mechanical, a locally based mechanical contractor.
