CoStar News caught up with Colliers' UK and Ireland chief executive officer Tony Horrell as part of more than 20 video interviews conducted with key industry figures at the Mipim conference in Cannes.
Horrell spoke on the markets' repricing, which sectors are doing well and what Colliers is planning to do in 2023, including mergers and acquisitions.
He also suggests what to watch out for with regards to the Silicon Valley Bank collapse in the US, in terms of wider stability, and talks about what he would like to see in the Budget.
