Archimedean Academy, a non-profit elementary and secondary charter school in Florida focusing on Greek language and mathematics studies, acquired its campus at 12425 SW 72nd St. in Miami, Florida, for $16.94 million, or about $164 per square foot, net of a $1 million buyer credit provided by the seller.
